Highview in the Woodlands has been providing assisted living and Alzheimer’s care in northern Illinois since 1904. Highview engaged MKRK to develop a new identity that would set them apart in a competitive landscape that had since grown crowded.
Part of Highview’s appeal is its location next to a peaceful wooded park. The “house within the trees” mark was a precise and memorable expression that distinguished Highview apart from its peers. Colors and textiles were also sampled from within the facility’s walls to authenticate the identity. The result was a brand and message that was genuine to Highview, a place seniors could call home.
