IUOE Local 150
The International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150 (IUOE) represents ten of thousands of heavy construction workers in northern Illinois and Indiana. Think bulldozers, steamrollers and hardhats. IUOE feared the public was unaware of the alarming, deteriorating state of our bridges and roads and needed to take action.
Ryan framed an infrastructure improvement campaign to generate appeals from the public aimed at state legislators for funding. The sunny adage of “Better roads ahead” was a perfect match for the initiative to repair roadways and ensure safe travels for the public.
